React to a message

In Yandex Messenger, you can express your emotions and liven up conversations using reactions, stickers, emoji, and images. Reactions are applied to already sent messages while stickers, emoji, and images can be sent as separate messages.

Reactions

Reactions are displayed under messages. You can press a reaction to:

• React to the message, too.
• Delete or change your reaction.
• View who else reacted to the message and when.

If you forward a message with reactions or reply to it, a new recipient won't see them.

Stickers

Yandex Messenger has ready-to-use sticker packs. You can find them in the message field:  → Stickers. Currently, you can't add your own stickers.

Emoji

You can add emoji to messages from your device's keyboard (for example, if you're using a phone) or the Yandex Messenger panel. To do this, press  → Emoji in the message field.

Images

In Yandex Messenger, you can search all images that are available in Yandex Images and send them right away. To do this, press  → Images in the message field.
