Call summary

This feature is available with the Starter, Basic, Advanced, and Corporate plans from the new plan family, and the Optimal plan from the old plan family. For information on how to purchase a plan, see Plans and payment.

To capture the key details, start summarizing your call with YandexGPT. It will generate a summary of the main ideas, topics, and decisions. After the call ends, you’ll receive a summary and a speech-to-text transcript by email, based on what was discussed. Learn more about summaries in Yandex Telemost Help.

How to start and stop summarizing

Only participants from the same organization as the user who started the call can start summarizing. To start summarizing, click **Summarize with YandexGPT ** on the control panel. Participants will be notified when summarizing starts.

To stop summarizing, click Stop summarizing on the control panel. After the meeting ends, the summary will be emailed to all participants from your organization.

Why am I not getting meeting summaries?

You aren’t getting meeting summaries because your admin added your personal account (login@yandex.ru) to the organization instead of creating a new work account on the company’s domain. To receive summaries, ask your admin to set up the domain and create a new account for you following the Yandex 360 administrator guide.
