Record a group call

Recording group calls helps retain important agreements or share information with colleagues who couldn't join the meeting. You can enable this feature in your desktop Yandex Messenger app and in the browser version of the service — and only for group calls. How to create a group call

  1. During the call, click  →  Record to computer.
  2. When someone starts recording, all meeting members get a notification about that. Multiple members can record a meeting at the same time.
  3. To stop recording, click  Stop.

Where your record is saved

Your record will start downloading right after you stop recording the call.

  • If you used the browser version of the service, you'll find the downloaded record in your browser's Downloads.
  • If you used a desktop app, the record is saved to a folder that opens automatically after downloading finishes:
    • Windows — C:\Users\User_name\Documents\Telemost
    • macOS — /Users/User_name/Documents/Telemost
