Responding to invitations
If you're invited to an event, you'll receive an email with the invitation:
In addition, the event will appear on the calendar, but it won't be highlighted with color.
You can respond to the invitation:
To accept the invitation, click I'm going. If you haven't decided yet, open the email and click Maybe.
To reject the invitation, click I'm not going. If it's a recurring event, choose to reject the invitation to one or all events in the series. The event will disappear from your calendar.

If you change your mind, just go to the event email or calendar and choose a different option.
When you accept or reject the invitation, the meeting organizer receives a notification about this.
To make all events you're invited to immediately appear in your calendar with the “I'm going” status
- Click the icon
in the upper right corner.
- Go to the Notifications tab.
- Enable the Automatically accept invitations option.
- Click Save.
