Upload a list
You can create user accounts only if your company has a linked domain and you have enough funds on your balance to pay for your service plan including new employees.
If you want the employees of your company to be able to use Yandex 360 for Business services, create accounts for them in your company.
Upload a CSV file with a list of employees:

Go to the Employees page.

Click Add employee.

Download the CSV file template.

Following the template, add employee data to the file. You can add up to 20,000 rows.
The first row in the file is the account field headers. Don't change them.
For every following row in the file, specify the data for a single account in quotes, separated by semicolons.Specify the following:
- login: Employee username. It will become part of the employee's email address.
- password: Account password. Must be at least 8 characters long, contain Latin letters, numbers, and symbols.
- password_change_required: A parameter that can be used to set a temporary password. If you specify
true, the employee will change the temporary password to a permanent one upon first login. If you specifyfalse, the employee will use the password you set. You can change the password in the company account. - first_name: Employee's first name.
- last_name: Employee's last name.
You can specify some data in the CSV file right away, or you can add it later in the company account.
- middle_name: Employee's patronymic.
- position: Job title
- gender: Gender.
- birthday: Date of birth.
- language: Default interface language for the Yandex 360 services. The employee will be able to switch it.
- phone: Additional phone number. You can specify the main one after the CSV file downloads. To do this, click
→ Edit next to the employee's name.

Save the CSV file in UTF-8 encoding (in Microsoft Excel, click Save as → CSV-UTF8). If you save the file in a different encoding, it won't be recognized correctly.

Click Select CSV file and select your file.

Click Upload list. The added employees will appear in the Users list.
If an error occurred while uploading, click
when the upload is completed and view the logs.
A data format in which values are separated by delimiters (usually commas, but other delimiters can be used as well). It's usually used for storing tabular data and exchanging information between different systems.
A commonly accepted and standardized text encoding that allows storing Unicode characters. Widely used in operating systems and the web space.
