How to disable an exclusive address

If you no longer want your employees to log in to Yandex 360 services through your authorization system, disable single sign-on (SSO). After that, you will need to create new accounts for them.

You can also temporarily disable single sign-on (SSO), for example, to change your domain. At the same time, you can change SSO settings while it is enabled.

  1. Open Yandex 360 for Business.

  2. Go to General settingsSingle sign-on (SSO).

  3. Click Disable.

Employee accounts created using SSO will be blocked after a while, but not deleted. You can unblock them if you want to enable single sign-on (SSO) again, or delete them manually.

You won't be able to transfer employee data from Yandex Mail, Yandex Disk, and other services to new accounts.
