Changing the identity provider (IdP)

If the IdP has changed in your organization, you can set up a single sign-on to Yandex 360 for Business via your new IdP.

Warning

The attribute values of users in the old and new IdPs must match.

To change the IdP, edit the SSO settings.

  1. Open Yandex 360 for Business.

  2. Go to General settings → Single sign-on (SSO).

  3. Click Set up.

    Note

Don't disable SSO. This way, the application passwords and the user sessions that got access via the previous IdP will not be reset when the IdP is changed.

  4. Replace the SSO parameters with the current IdP parameters. You can obtain the data when setting up a new credential federation:

    • Login page URL.

    • Identity provider publisher.

    • Verification certificate.

    Note

If you plan to return to the previous IdP, don't change the verification certificate. Instead, add a new one by clicking Add second certificate for updating. Then you'll only need to edit two fields to return to the previous IdP: the login page URL and the publisher.

After you change the user authentication parameters, logging in to Yandex 360 for Business will be done via the IdP whose ID is currently specified in the settings.
