Step 1. Link a domain

To create accounts and use corporate mail, link a domain to your company.

If you're planning to migrate emails and files from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any other platform, connect the company to the same domain you previously used. You need to make it your primary domain. Otherwise, the migration won't work.

1. Go to the Domains page.

2. Enter the name of your domain, such as example.com, and click Add domain.

3. Verify your domain. Verification ensures that nobody else can connect a domain without the owner's consent.

   3. Wait until your domain is verified.

      Limitation

      If this is the first domain you are connecting to your company, other actions in Yandex 360 for Business will be blocked until it's verified.
