Searching the archive
To find emails in the archive, create a new search in it.
Each search outputs emails that match a specific filter. For example, you can create a search that displays all emails from a specific mailbox or a search that displays all emails with specific words.
The results of all created searches are always available in the archive, but they're not updated. To get an updated result for the same query, create a new search with the same parameters.
How to create a search
Open the email archive:

Go to admin.yandex.ru.

Select Mail → Email archive.
If you want to perform a simple search by keyword, enter your query in the Search employee emails and click Search. This will create a search with a very basic filter.
In some cases, you might need more precise filtering. To set search parameters, click . Here are the email parameters you can search by:

Presence of attachments.

Specific mailboxes. If you search by department or group, you can exclude mailboxes you don't need. For example, search all the sales department emails except for the secretary's.

Time interval.

Fields From, To, Cc, and Bcc.
After clicking Search, a new search will appear in the list.
How to view search results

Go to admin.yandex.ru.

Select Mail → Email archive.

Click the search you want to view.

Click the email you want to view.

If necessary, you can forward the archived copy of the email. For example, to a manager or auditor. To do this, click Forward above the text of the email.
Tip
You can give names to your searches to make it easier to navigate through their list. To rename a search, open it and click the pencil next to its name.
How to run the same search again
Every search runs only once. Its results are not updated as employees receive and send new emails.
To get updated results for the same query, create a new search with the same parameters.

Go to admin.yandex.ru.

Select Mail → Email archive.

Click the search you need to repeat.

Click Clone search.

Check the search parameters (in particular, the Period field). If necessary, change them.

Click Search.
I'm looking for some emails in the archive, but I can't find them. Why?
The most likely reasons are:

Your search conditions are too strict.
-
You're trying to find the emails that the mailbox owner deleted before the archive was enabled.

You're trying to find the emails of an employee who was removed from the organization.
