If an employee deletes emails from their mailbox, will the copies of these emails remain in the archive?

- Yes. The only exception is when an email is sent via SMTP and not synchronized via IMAP.
I'm looking for some emails in the archive, but I can't find them. Why?

The most likely reasons are:

Your search conditions are too strict.

You search imported mailboxes. Only emails from mailboxes hosted on the company's domain are stored in the archive.

You're trying to find the emails that the mailbox owner deleted before the archive was enabled.

You're trying to find the emails of an employee who was removed from the organization.

Company name on the internet. For example, for Yandex it's yandex.ru
