How to compose a condition

In order for a filter to work properly, you need to define the condition correctly. The condition specifies the parameter, its value, and how strict the condition is.

The strictness of the conditions

There are six strictness levels:

Emails with parameters strictly matching the specified value (username or address).	To From Cc To or Сс	Whether you set the From parameter to an email address ( `igor.markov.sales@example.com`) or name (Igor Markov), the filter will return messages sent by Igor Markov with the email address `igor.markov.sales@example.com`.
Emails with parameters that strictly match the specified value.	Subject Email body Attachment Header	If Subject has the value “sales plan”, the filter applies to the message with the subject “Sales plan”.
Emails with bodies matching the specified value (standalone or in a phrase, the initial word and its word forms).	Email body	If the Email body parameter has the value “work schedule”, emails with the text “Work Schedule: February” and with the text “We are switching to a new work schedule” will be filtered.

Email with parameters that strictly exclude the specified value (username or address).	To From Cc To or Сс	Whether you set the From parameter to an email address ( `igor.markov.sales@example.com`) or name (Igor Markov), the filter will return all messages except those sent by Igor Markov with the email address `igor.markov.sales@example.com`.
Emails with parameters that strictly exclude the specified value.	Subject Email body Attachment Header	If the Subject parameter has the value “supplier”, all emails with subjects like “New supplier” and “The supplier's bank details have changed” will be excluded from the filter.
Email with texts that don't match the specified value (whether standalone or in a phrase, the initial word and its word forms).	Email body	If the Email body parameter has the value “delivery contract”, all emails with the text “Please sign the delivery contract” and “Delivery Contract No. 1152-B” will be excluded from the filter.

Email with parameters that include the specified value or a phrase with that value in their username or address.	To From Cc To or Сс	Whether you set the From parameter to an email address (`igor.markov.sales`) or name (Igor), the filter will return messages sent by Igor Markov with the email address `igor.markov.sales@example.com`.
Emails with parameters containing the specified value as part of a phrase and its word forms.	Subject Email body Attachment Header	If the Subject parameter has the value “Delivery contract”, emails with the subjects “Delivery contract” and “Additional agreements to delivery contract” will be included in the filter. Emails with subjects “Delivery agreement” and “Sign the contract” will be excluded from the filter.
Emails with bodies matching the specified value (exact match or a phrase containing it, regardless of formatting).	Email body	If the Email body parameter has the value "contract", emails with the text "Delivery contract" and with the text "We'll be discussing the new contract terms" will be filtered.

Email with parameters that don't include the specified value or a phrase with the value in the username or address.	To From Cc To or Сс	When filtering the From parameter, you can either specify an email address (`jane.doe.sales`) or a name (Jane). In both cases, the filter will return all emails except those sent by Jane Doe with the address `jane.doe.sales@example.ruuacomcom.trkzuz`.
Emails with parameters not containing the specified value and its word forms as part of a phrase.	Subject Email body Attachment Header	If the Subject parameter has the value “Delivery contract”, emails with the subjects “Delivery agreement” and “We're signing the contract today” will be included in the filter. Emails with subjects “Delivery contract” and “Sign the delivery contract” will be excluded from the filter.
Emails with bodies not matching the specified value (exact match or a phrase containing it, regardless of formatting).	Email body	If the Email body parameter has the value “Delivery contract”, all emails except for emails with the text “Delivery Contract No. 1152-В” and “We're signing the delivery contract today” will be included in the filter.

If the has condition is set for the Attachment or Header parameter, all emails with attachments or headers will be included in the filter.
