Delete organization
If you no longer want to use Yandex 360 for Business, you can simply stop using your organization or delete it.
You can delete the organization on your own if the following conditions are met:

The organization's balance is equal to zero.

The organization is not a referral partner of Yandex 360. To delete such an organization, contact your partner manager.

The organization didn't activate Yandex 360 for Business through a partner. To delete such an organization, contact the partner who helped you activate it.
How to delete an organization
If you have already paid for your service plan

Select an organization from the list of your organizations.

On the Service plan and payment tab, check that the organization's balance is equal to zero.

Go to General settings → Company profile and click Delete business.

Confirm the deletion and click Delete.

Wait for the organization to be deleted.
If you haven't paid for your service plan yet
If you have created an organization but haven't yet paid for the service plan:

Select an organization from the list of your organizations.

On the Pay tab, click Delete organization at the bottom of the page.

Confirm the deletion and click Delete.

Wait for the organization to be deleted.
