Questions about the main browser features

How can I make downloaded files open automatically?

To set up automatically opening downloaded files:

  1. Click the button in the right half of the SmartBox.
  2. Select a file of the desired format.
  3. Click Open <file format> automatically.

How can I change the folder for downloaded files?

By default, all files are saved in the downloads folder (see the section Where are files saved by default?).

In the browser settings, you can specify which folder to download files to and whether to ask for a name and location each time before saving a file:

  1. Click the icon Settings .

  2. In the lower part of the Settings page, click the Show advanced settings button.

  3. In the Downloads section, make the settings.

    • To change the folder where files are saved, click the Change button.

    • If you want the browser to ask in which folder to save the file and under which name, select the Ask where to save each file before downloading option.

How can I turn on the translator?

The translator is enabled by default in the browser. Make sure that you have not turned off the translator manually:

  1. Click the button

      Settings.
  2. In the lower part of the Settings page, click the Show advanced settings button.

  3. In the Languages section, these options should be selected: Offer to translate pages in a foreign language and Offer to translate words and phrases when selected.

A page in a foreign language will not be translated if you declined translating it when you viewed it. To translate a page in this case:

  1. Right-click on the page.
  2. In the context menu, select Translate to English.

I selected the option "Never translate this site". Is it possible to translate after this?

If you previously disabled the page translator, to translate a page you need to open the context menu
