How to check for SSL/TLS site certificates

SSL/TLS certificates are used for securely processing user data and are necessary for sites that use HTTPS.

Checking for a certificate issued by the National Certification Center

You can obtain a certificate from the National Certification Center on the Gosuslugi portal if the security certificate from the international center was revoked. When issuing a document, the recipient’s connection with the site will be checked, and the resource name will be published in the https://www.gosuslugi.ru/tls public log.

In Yandex Webmaster, you can find out whether your site has a certificate issued by the National Certification Center:

  1. Go to Yandex Webmaster.
  2. In the upper-right corner, go to Tools → Checking the NCC certificate.
  3. In the search bar, specify the site domain, for example, example.com.

If you haven't requested a certificate, but information about it is in Yandex Webmaster, contact support using the form below. Our specialists will help you figure out the situation.
