Limits on using Yandex Webmaster tools

You can use the tools even if you haven’t added your website to Yandex Webmaster or haven’t confirmed your site management rights. In this case, some restrictions will be imposed on using the tools. A warning notifying you that the limit has been exceeded may appear in Yandex Webmaster. Additionally, you will have access to only part of the service’s functionality.

To use the tools and other features of Yandex Webmaster, add your site to Yandex Webmaster.
