Tool usage limits in Yandex Webmaster

You can use the tools even if you haven’t added your website to Yandex Webmaster or haven’t confirmed your site management rights. In this case, some restrictions will be imposed on using the tools. The service may display a warning notifying you that you have exceeded a limit. Additionally, you will have access to only part of the service’s functionality.

All limits on the use of Yandex Webmaster tools are reset at 00:00 Moscow time (UTC+3).
