To make sure your case goes to the right person faster, tell us what your problem is related to. Select a topic from the list:

Describe your problem in as much detail as possible and attach a screenshot before you submit your message.
  1. Reproduce the problem.
  2. On your mobile device, go to Settings → System → Developers. Enable Developer mode.
  3. Check the Error report box. Wait until you are notified that the report has been successfully created. Tap on the notification (in the status bar) and send the report using the feedback form.

Go to the settings and then tap About. Tap and hold on the app's icon on that page for a few seconds. Your UUID (Universally Unique Identifier, an identification standard frequently used for software) will be copied to your clipboard.

Send this number using the feedback form.

Yandex.Translate only translates pages that it has open access to. Websites that require authorization (you need to sign in with a username and password) can't be translated.

If a page is hosted on a site with open access but you are still having problems translating it, tell us about the problem and provide any additional information you have in the feedback form below.
Describe your problem. What exactly is wrong? What language are you translating from and to? Enter the text which was translated incorrectly.

You can send us suggestions on how to improve the Yandex.Translate service (for example, if you'd like us to add a new language or an offline dictionary, support transcription or text-to-speech for a particular language).
