Для большинства языков приложение использует голоса из вашего устройства.


Если озвучки нет, перезагрузите приложение. Для этого:

1. Перейдите в панель многозадачности.

2. Закройте Яндекс Переводчик свайпом вверх.

3. Снова откройте Яндекс Переводчик.

Если это не помогло, перезагрузите устройство.

Офлайн-словари для каждого языка нужно скачивать отдельно. Например, для офлайн-перевода с русского на английский нужно загрузить русский словарь (английский язык предустановлен).

Для большинства языков приложение использует системное распознавание речи.


Если озвучки нет, перезагрузите приложение. Для этого:

1. Перейдите в панель многозадачности.

2. Закройте Яндекс Переводчик свайпом вверх.

3. Снова откройте Яндекс Переводчик.

Если это не помогло, перезагрузите устройство.

1. Если есть возможность, откройте встроенный инструмент [Запись экрана](https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/102653) и запишите на видео последовательность действий, которая приводит к вылету. 

2. Если получается зайти в настройки приложения, откройте раздел **О программе** и нажмите логотип Яндекс Переводчика. В буфер обмена будет скопирован номер [UUID](*uuid). Приложите его к отчету об ошибке.

3. Всю информацию отправьте нам с помощью формы ниже.
