If you're having issues with a different Yandex service, check the Yandex support section for answers. If you're having issues with the website you translated, contact the website owner.
To get a response as quickly as possible, specify your issue. Choose a topic from the list:
- Reproduce the problem.
- On your mobile device, tap Developer mode.. Enable
- Check the Error report box. Wait until you're notified that the report was created. Tap the notification in the status bar and send a report using the feedback form.

Go to Settings and then tap About. Tap and hold the app icon on that page for a few seconds. Your UUID (Universally Unique Identifier, an identification standard frequently used for software) will be copied to your clipboard.
The service only translates public pages that don't require users to sign in (with a login and password).
