If you're having issues with a different Yandex service, check the Yandex support section for answers. If you're having issues with the website you translated, contact the website owner.

To get a response as quickly as possible, specify your issue. Choose a topic from the list:

  1. Reproduce the problem.
  2. On your mobile device, tap Settings → System → Developers. Enable Developer mode.
  3. Check the Error report box. Wait until you're notified that the report was created. Tap the notification in the status bar and send a report using the feedback form.

Go to Settings and then tap About. Tap and hold the app icon on that page for a few seconds. Your UUID (Universally Unique Identifier, an identification standard frequently used for software) will be copied to your clipboard.

Send this number using the feedback form.

Yandex.Translate can only translate web pages that are publicly accessible. It can't translate pages which require users to sign in first (i.e. enter their login and password).

If a page is publicly available but you are still having trouble translating it, tell us about the problem and provide any additional information you have in the feedback form below.
Describe your problem. What exactly is the issue? What language are you translating to and from? Copy the text that was translated incorrectly.

You can send us questions and suggestions on how to improve the Yandex.Translate service (for example, adding a specific language, an offline dictionary, phonetic transcription, or text-to-speech for a particular language).
