Registration and logging in

I am registered in Yandex.Toloka

  1. Log in to Yandex.
  2. Go to the Yandex.Toloka site. The task page opens. You can complete any available task.
Attention. If the site main page opens, make sure that the username at the top of the page matches your username in Yandex.Toloka. If the username is wrong, click on it, then click Log out, choose the right username and enter the password.

If you don't remember your username or password, go to the Restore access page.

I am registered in Yandex, but not in Yandex.Toloka

  1. Check if the username is at the top of the page:
    There is no username

    Click the Enter button at the top of the page, choose the username and enter your password. If you don't remember your username or password, go to the Restore access page.

    Wrong username
    Click on it and then click Log out. Choose the right username and enter the password.
    My username
    Go to the next step.
  2. Click the I'm a performer button.
  3. If there is a warning on the registration page:
    Email and phone number

    Go to Yandex.Passport and link your phone number. We need your number to send the SMS code.

    Wrong phone number

    The user with the phone number specified in Yandex.Passport is already registered in Yandex.Toloka. Check the number in Yandex.Passport.

    If the wrong number is linked, change it. For more information about linking a phone number, see Yandex.Passport help.

    If the number is correct, it means you didn't previously register in Yandex.Toloka with another username. Use Restore access.

    Attention. Under the User Agreement, a user can have one account in Yandex.Toloka.
  4. Fill in the profile information.

  5. Accept the User Agreement and click Next.

I don't have a Yandex account

  1. Register in Yandex. Be sure to enter your mobile phone number. We need it for sending the SMS code.
  2. Register in Yandex.Toloka.

I can't get an SMS with the confirmation code

Use the Yandex.Passport recommendations. If this doesn't help, write to the support service.

I had an account in Yandex.Toloka. Now I can't register because the number “belongs to another user”

If you don't remember your credentials in Yandex.Toloka, use Restore access.

If you deleted your account in Yandex.Toloka, you can't register again or restore the deleted account.

According to theUser Agreement:
  • The user may only have one account in Yandex.Toloka.
  • The user must have a unique phone number.

How do I change the phone number in my account?

To change your phone number, go to Yandex.Passport and change your main number.

Note. If you don't have access to the old number, it takes a month to change it. For more information about changing your phone number, see the Yandex.Passport help.

Where do I find my username in the web version of Yandex.Toloka?

In the web version of Yandex.Toloka, the username is shown in the upper-right corner, next to the avatar. If your name or nickname is displayed next to the avatar, click on the avatar. The username will be shown in the window that opens.

Where do I view my username in the mobile app?

If you use the Yandex.Toloka mobile app, choose a platform:

Open the menu by tapping at the top of the screen. Your username is at the top next to the avatar.

If your name or nickname is displayed, tap . You will see your username in the Profile section. You can look up your username in the web version of Yandex.Toloka or Yandex.Passport. The username is shown in the upper left corner. If you have multiple usernames, in Yandex.Passport you can select the username you want to use for Yandex.Toloka.
