Deposit methods

You can use the following options to add funds to your Toloka account:

Visa or EuroCard/MasterCard.

The payment is completed within 15 minutes.

If you chose Profile type → Legal entity when registering in Toloka, you must use a corporate bank card.

Bank transfer

The money transfer takes from 3 to 10 days.

When making a transfer, specify the invoice number in the payment reference.

PayPal transfer
Restriction. Only for individuals.

The payment is completed within 15 minutes.

You will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete the payment.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. On the Profile page, click Connect to billing. Check your details and click Connect.
    Note. This information will be included in accounting documents (service invoices).
  2. Click Transfer funds.
  3. Enter the transfer amount.

    If you want to use a promo code, check the minimum top-up amount in the terms of the promotion.

    You can't divide the amount into multiple payments. Make sure you use your promo code before the deadline specified in the email.

  4. Click Transfer.

    You will be redirected to the Yandex.Balance service.

  5. If you have a promo code, enter it in the appropriate field. The promo code bonus will be automatically credited to your Toloka account after you make a payment.
  6. Select the payer (individual or legal entity) and the desired payment method.
  7. Click the Select button.
  8. Check the data you entered.

    To return to choosing a payment method and changing the payer's details, click Change payer or payment method.

  9. Click the Create a billing invoice button.

    If you chose Payment method → Bank deposit in US dollars for non-resident individuals (Switzerland), you will receive an invoice with payment details.

  10. Click the Pay button.

    If you chose Payment method → PayPal for individuals, you will be redirected to the PayPal site for payment.

    If you chose Payment method → Banking card in dollars – non residents Switzerland) – US dollars, enter your bank card information and complete the payment. The money will be converted at your bank's rate if the card currency is not dollars.

    Note. If you use a YooMoney wallet, you may be asked to enter the payment password when you go to payment.
  11. Track the money transfer:
    • On the Toloka Profile page (Transactions history tab).

    • In Yandex.Balance (Invoices page).
