Recompletion of assignments from banned users

Tip. Don't use this rule in pools with dynamic overlap. This increases the maximum overlap value.
Add a rule to resend the performer's tasks to other performers for completion if:
  • The performer is blocked by one of the quality control rules (such as golden set or majority vote).

  • The performer's skill value changed (for example, the performer's skill value dropped and they no longer meet the skill filter).

All pool tasks completed by this performer will be resent to other performers. Tasks completed by banned performers are reassigned, but tasks completed by paused performers are not.
