Refund

You can return the funds previously transferred to your account in Yandex.Toloka.

The steps for getting a refund depend on the way you added money to your account:

Return funds to your bank card

Note. If your card is not active or lost, issue a refund to your bank account.

The steps for getting a refund are different for individuals and businesses:

  1. Fill in the form fields:

  2. Download the sample application that is in the refund form. Fill in the application.

  3. Take color photos of the bank card on both sides. On the front side of the card, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number must be visible. On the reverse side of the card, the CVV/ CVC card authentication code must be covered.

  4. Make a copy of the first page of the passport.

  5. Click the Upload button in the refund form and attach the completed application, bank card photos and a copy of your passport. Tap Submit.

Return funds to your bank account

You can return funds to your bank account in one of the cases:
  • You transferred funds to your Yandex.Toloka account using a bank transfer.
  • The card you used to transfer funds to your Yandex.Toloka account is lost, replaced with a new one, or closed.

The steps for getting a refund are different for individuals and businesses:

  1. Fill in the form fields:

  2. Download the sample application that is in the refund form. Fill in the application.

  3. If you transferred money to Yandex.Toloka using a bank transfer, make a copy of the payment receipt.

    If you transferred money to Yandex.Toloka from a bank card that is lost, replaced with a new one, or closed, make a copy of the document that confirms closing or replacing the card.

  4. Make a copy of the first page of the passport.

  5. Click the Upload button in the refund form and attach the completed application and copies of the documents. Tap Submit.

Return funds to your PayPal account

Attention. PayPal deposits and refunds are only available to individuals who are not residents of Russia.

To return funds transferred using PayPal, fill in the form below. Make sure to specify:

  • Your email.
  • The customer's username that you specified in the email address when registering in Yandex.Toloka.
  • That you added funds from your PayPal account.
  • Your account number in Yandex.Balance (in the Accounts tab).
  • The number of the PayPal wallet from which you transferred funds to Yandex.Toloka.
