Adding funds to your account

You can use the following methods to add funds to your Toloka account:

  • For individuals: Visa or EuroCard/MasterCard card, bank transfer, PayPal.

  • For business entities: bank transfer.

To add funds to your account:

  1. Click Connect to billing on the profile page. Check and correct (if needed) the content of the prifile fields. This information will be included in accounting documents (service invoices).

  2. Click Transfer funds and enter the amount to transfer (the minimum is 10 dollars). You will be redirected to the Yandex.Balance service.

    Note. To quit payment process and return to Toloka, click the link in the top-right part of the Yandex.Balance page.
  3. Select payment method (click change payer or payment method).

  4. Complete the payment:

    • For paying with a bank card: click Create a billing invoice, then Pay and enter the card details. The payment is completed within 15 minutes.

    • For bank transfer, click Create a billing invoice and receive invoice with payment details.

    • For paying via PayPal: click Create a billing invoice, then Pay. You will be redirected to the PayPal website for the payment completion. The payment is completed within 15 minutes.

You can view the payment status:

  • On the Toloka profile page (Transactions history tab).

  • In Yandex.Balance (Invoices page).
