For residents of Russia

Residents of Russia may only top up their Toloka accounts in rubles, but the top-up amount is specified in U.S. dollars. Then it's converted to RUB including VAT. The “USD/RUB” conversion is based on the Central Bank of Russia's exchange rate at the time of invoicing (UTC).

Restriction. The minimum amount of the first deposit is USD 10, afterwards it's USD 1.

Deposit methods

Depending on the Profile type you chose during registration (individual or legal entity), you can use different ways to add funds to your account:

Step-by-step instructions

Connecting to billing
  1. On the Profile page, click Connect to billing.
  2. Provide general information about yourself.
  3. Specify the registration address following the instructions for your region. To enter the address correctly, in the Region, District, City, and Locality fields, select one of the values prompted as you type text.
    Moscow

    Enter Moscow in the Region field.

    If the address is in Moscow, specify the street, house number, and postal code. You don't need to specify the district and city.

    You can find out your postal code from the address on Yandex or at the Russian Post website.

    If you aren't able to enter the address, contact support.

  4. Click Connect.
Adding funds to your account
  1. On the Profile page, click Transfer funds.

  2. Enter the top-up amount in USD. The minimum amount of the first deposit is USD 10, afterwards it's USD 1.
    Note.

    If you want to use a promo code, check out the minimum top-up amount in the terms of the promotion. This is the amount in RUB excluding VAT.

    Add 20% to this amount, convert it into USD at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia, and specify the amount that is not less than the resulting one.

    You can't divide the amount into several payments. Make sure you use your promo code before the deadline specified in the email.

  3. Click Transfer.

    You will be redirected to the Yandex.Balance service.

  4. If you have a promo code, enter it in the appropriate field. The promo code reward will be automatically credited to your Toloka account after you make a payment.
  5. Select the payer (individual or legal entity) and the desired payment method.
  6. Click the Select button.
  7. Check the data you entered.

    Restriction. If you used the promo code, check the amount in the “Total without taxes, RUB:” line. It must be greater than the minimum amount specified in the terms of the promotion, otherwise no reward will be credited.

    To return to choosing a payment method and changing the payer's details, click Change payer or payment method.

  8. Then click the Create a billing invoice button.

    If you chose Payment method → Bank deposit in US dollars for non-resident individuals (Switzerland), you will receive an invoice with payment details.

  9. Click the Pay button.

    If you chose Payment method → Banking card in dollars – non residents Switzerland) – US dollars, enter your bank card information and complete the payment. The amount will be converted at your bank's exchange rate if the bank card currency is something other than RUB.

    Note. If you use a Yandex.Money wallet, you may be asked to enter the payment password when you go to payment.
  10. Track the money transfer:
    • On the Toloka Profile page (Transactions history tab).

    • In Yandex.Balance (Invoices page).
