In order to send tasks out for completion, you must have funds on your Toloka account (see Adding funds to your account). All payments are made in U.S. dollars. The account balance is shown in the main menu:
The green number is the account balance.
Gray indicates funds reserved for post-accepted tasks.
Money on the account is spent on the following items:
The price of a task is set by the requester in the pool settings. Money is deducted from the account as tasks are completed. If you use offline acceptance, the money for completed tasks is first reserved, and then deducted.
The requester is charged a commission for using Toloka — a percentage of the cost of tasks. You can see the markup (by project) in the requester profile (on the Expenses tab). You can see the total amount of the markup for a pool's tasks on the pool page (see Budget spent (+ markup) and Approximate budget (+ markup)).
You can award bonuses to one or more users (in addition to payment for completed tasks). The bonus amount can be from 0.01 to 100 dollars per user per time.
To award a bonus to a single user:
Go to the user's page and click the Actions → Issue bonus button.
Perform steps 2 and 3 for awarding a bonus to a group of users.
To award bonuses to a group of users::
Use one of these methods to select the users on the Users page:
Specify the project or pool.
Set up a filter.
Upload a CSV file with the user IDs.
<user id 1> <user id 2> ... <user id n>
The IDs of the selected users are shown in a list.
Click the button with the dollar sign and fill in the fields in the Issue bonus window:
Bonus per user in dollars.
Topic and Message for users. Specify the projects and accomplishments the bonus was awarded for. To send messages in different languages, use the button for switching languages.
You can track money deducted for bonuses in your profile on the Expences tab. The transferred amounts are added to the list of payments on the user' page.
To see spending data in your profile, go to the Expences tab. Amounts are grouped by date, project, and pool:
Sum: Black indicates the amount spent, and gray indicates funds reserved for tasks with offline acceptance.
Markup: Commission for using Toloka.
You can set up email notifications and get messages when you have less than 5 dollars left on your account.

Choose the period in the requester profile (on the Expences tab).
Click Generate report (pdf) and download the PDF file.
The report contains data on spending per project (including markup) and bonuses paid (the Reward row).
