Withdrawing money

Note. You can cancel the money withdrawal request if the transaction hasn't been processed yet (it still has the Processing status). For such operations, the Cancel request button is available in the Actions history block.

To withdraw funds from your Yandex.Toloka account:

  1. Open the My money page.

  2. Add a PayPal or Skrill wallet. You can add only one account of each type.

  3. Send a fund withdrawal request by tapping the Withdraw button.

The withdrawal can take up to 30 days (from sending a request to the arrival of funds to the account). Check the operation status in the Actions history block.

PayPal

PayPal allows you to withdraw money from your Yandex.Toloka account in US dollars and other currencies, including Russian rubles.

Before you withdraw money, make sure that:
  1. The first and last name in your Yandex.Toloka profile match your passport information.
  2. Your account is personal and verified and email address confirmed.
  3. Your account is registered in a region where PayPal allows you to transfer funds.

Fee for withdrawals from your Yandex.Toloka account 2% of the amount, but not more than $7.
Currency conversion when withdrawing funds from Yandex.Toloka

If the wallet is in US dollars, conversion is not required.

If the wallet is in a different currency, the payment system's conversion rate is used.

Minimum withdrawal amount
  • Once a week or less: $0.02
  • More than once a week: $1.

Skrill

SkrillSkrill allows you to withdraw funds from your Yandex.Toloka account in euros and other currencies.

Before you withdraw money, make sure that:
  1. The first and last name in your Yandex.Toloka profile match your government-issued ID.
  2. Your account is registered in a region where PayPal allows you to transfer funds.

Fee for withdrawals from your Yandex.Toloka account 0.1% of the amount.
Currency conversion when withdrawing funds from Yandex.Toloka Conversion to euros using the European Central Bank's rate. If your Skrill wallet is not in euros, the system charges an additional commission fee for converting euros to your account's currency.
Minimum withdrawal amount
  • Once a week or less: $1.
  • More than once a week: $5.
Ways to withdraw money from the payment system
  • To a Visa credit/debit card with a 7.5% commission.
  • To a bank account: 5.5 euro per operation.
