Note. You need a Yandex account to create video meetings.
  1. Open Yandex Telemost wherever is convenient for you: Yandex Telemost mobile app (for Android or iOS), or the Yandex Disk or Yandex Mail mobile app.
  2. If this is your first time using Yandex Telemost, grant it access your microphone and camera.
  3. If you don't want use video or the microphone during the meeting, turn them off.
  4. The link to the meeting is automatically copied to the clipboard so you can send it to your friends or colleagues.

The creator of the meeting becomes its admin.

Note. Meetings in Yandex Telemost don't have a time limit. You can have up to 40 people in a meeting, and the link is available for 24 hours.

Schedule a video meeting

If you have agreed to meet with friends or colleagues on a certain day, schedule a meeting in advance. It will appear in Yandex Calendar, and everyone you added will receive a reminder.

  1. Open Yandex Telemost.
  2. Click Schedule.
  3. Enter the meeting name and description. A link to the video meeting is automatically added to the description.
  4. Choose the date and time.

    If it's a recurring meeting, select Repeat. The link will appear in the description three hours before each meeting. It will also be emailed to all participants.

  5. Add participants to the meeting.
  6. Press Create, and the meeting will be added to Yandex Calendar.

I can't create a video meeting

  1. Make sure your smartphone has an active internet connection. For example, try opening the website yandex.ru. If there is no connection, restart your router. If this didn't help, contact your service provider.
  2. Close Yandex Telemost and then open it again.
  3. Make sure that camera and microphone access is allowed in your device operating system settings.
