I am not getting new orders
All orders are assigned automatically. Our staff does not assign orders manually. This means that all drivers have equal opportunities to work.
Sometimes new orders don't come in right away. This means that demand is low in your area. If you don't receive any new orders within 20 minutes, try the following steps:
— Check the Troubleshooting section to see if you have been banned or restricted in receiving new orders
— Restart your phone or tablet
— Check if you have a stable internet connection
— Restart Taximeter
— Turn on Online status
If you're not banned and everything is working but you're not getting orders, try these recommendations:
— Stay closer to the city center
— Only change your status to Busy when it's absolutely necessary
— Try working during peak hours: 6:00 to 10:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, as well as weekends
— Check the map for high demand areas
— Keep moving around instead of staying in one place
— Keep in mind that you won't receive as many orders if you disabled some service classes and payment methods, or if you have “Home” or “My destinations” enabled
