How to contact the driver

You can text the driver in the app's chator call them. You can either check the driver's phone number via push notification or in your ride's info (tap the corresponding option in the lower area of the screen to see it).

If the driver is not responding, they may be unable to take their attention off driving at the moment. Try writing or calling again in a few minutes.
