How to get a ride report

When the trip is over, you may receive:
  • a report
  • a payment receipt

To get reports on trips, add your email in the app. You will receive an email with a link to follow for confirming your subscription to reports. Afterwards, you'll receive them automatically at the end of each ride.

A payment receipt is issued by a driver upon your request. If the trip is over and you have not taken a receipt, you can request it from the taxi company.

Every ride paid by bank card has an e-receipt. To view it, go to your ride history, select your order, and tap on the price.

You can also get a link to receipts in Push notifications. So please make sure that you've allowed Push notifications in your smartphone settings. For this option to work properly on your iPhone and iPad, we recommend updating your operating system to the latest version.
