I'm not receiving receipts or emails

If you don't receive receipts and other emails from Uber, check the “Spam” and “Junk Mail” folders. If you find Uber letters in these folders, mark them as Not Spam so that future messages from Uber come to the Inbox.

You can also change the email address for your Uber account at any time:

  1. Select Settings in the main app menu.
  2. Tap the bar that displays your profile info.
  3. Here you can edit your name, phone number, and email.
  4. Make your updates and click Save.

In order to view receipts for the trip:

  1. Select Your Trips in the application menu.
  2. Click on the map of any trip.
  3. Select Receipt to see the cost and method of payment for the trip.
