I have an outstanding payment

If a charge from Uber is declined, you may see a “Payment” card in your Uber feed.

Your app will ask you to charge your outstanding balance to a payment method of your choice before requesting a ride.

To pay an outstanding balance:

  1. Tap the card on your feed.
  2. Select “View Payment options”. Select payment type. Please note, that you may need to update your payment method.
