I need a ride report

You can get a ride report for any order, regardless of the payment method. To get a report after each ride, you must indicate your email address in the app. If you have not entered an email address, contact us about it by going to Account, payment, withdrawals → Account settings and Rating → I can't change my phone number or email address.

If you don't see a receipt in your Inbox folder, try checking your Spam folder. Please check if the ride report is there and, if so, mark it as Not spam. This will help you get all your ride reports in the future.
