I didn't get a ride report
To get a receipt following every ride, enter your email address in the app:
- Go to the app menu → Settings.
- Select a profile and tap Ride report.
- Indicate how often you want to get ride reports.
If you requested ride reports but are not getting them, please let us know. Tell us the date and approx. time the taxi arrived. If possible, also include information about the car and driver.
