Problem with cost of ride and payment

Let us know, if your fare was calculated incorrectly, an incorrect amount was withdrawn, or there is a problem with payment, for example:

  • you had a problem paying by bank card,
  • the driver didn't have the correct change,
  • you chose a non-cash payment method when placing your order but paid the driver in cash at the end of your trip and the ride cost was still withdrawn from your card.
