I had an issue with my pickup
We're committed to ensuring comfortable and quick pickup process. If the driver encounters a restricted entry to a closed territory, narrow streets without free parking spaces or prohibitory signs, he will wait for you in a convenient place as close to the pickup location as possible.
When a trip is requested, Uber may place an authorization hold on your payment method in a sum you’ve seen while ordering a trip. If the trip is canceled, authorization holds are voided by Uber within hours of being made, However, the display of this operation can be seen in your statement for up to 30 days depending on your bank or credit card policy.
To find out if you were charged a cancellation fee, go to the “Your Trips” menu. Information about the final charge is also reflected in the receipt.
In some situations, we retain the driver's right to refuse the ride, for example, if the destination address is outside the Uber coverage area or if the car is not equipped with a child car seat. In such situations, we recommend to contact the driver in advance and specify his location as well as other important factors related to the trip.

The rating system is an efficient tool to control the quality of the services since negative rate after the trip may entail the review of the driver's access to the system.
