My driver asked for cash payment on a non-cash trip
You do not need to give the driver cash. If at the end of the trip in the application the non-cash method is indicated.
Please note, in case of any problems with payment authorization, the method of payment can be automatically changed to cash. If it happens, the application notifies you about changing the payment method via push-notification. In this case, pay for the trip in cash in the amount indicated on the application screen.
If at the end of the trip the method of payment was specified as non-cash, but you paid cash for the order, please contact us, indicating the amount transferred by you as payment, as well as the reason why you paid in cash.
