My pickup or drop-off location was wrong
The driver begins trip right after arriving at the pickup location. The trip is completed at the destination or after 10 minutes of waiting at your pickup location if you didn't take this trip.
Minor inaccuracies in time or addresses of the beginning or end of the trip will not affect its fare. If you have noticed significant differences in requested and represented in the receipt addresses or time of the completion of the trip and the fallback of the upfront fare took place, please mail us.
