FAQ

What is the widget, and why do I need it?

The Yandex Go widget is a button for a website or app. The site/app owner can insert their link into the widget to make it easier for their users to request a ride. You can create and configure the widget in your Yandex Distribution account.

Widgets can display the estimated ride price from the user's location to your address. To set this up, send a request to connect the widget to the cost forecast API.

You can also customize the widget using the documentation and in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Which countries does Yandex Go work in?

Our service zone is constantly expanding. To keep track of where the service is available, use the data from the Information about the region API, Yandex Go, and the company's official press releases.

How do I set additional segmentation of target actions?

When using links to Yandex Go ride requests, you can add numbers from 1 to 999 (without zeros at the start) separated by underscores to ref.

For example, if your CLID is 1234567, ref may look like this: ..&ref=1234567_23.

Numeric values added after the underscore will be available for display in the interface (VID).
