## Ad labeling {#labeling}

According to the [Advertising law](https://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_389115/), you need to label all ads that are distributed on the Internet in Russia.

If you breach your obligations, you need to reimburse [all losses](*ubytki) in full, including [assessed additional taxes](*nds), refusal to refund VAT, and/or tax liability.

Distribute the Customer Products in products/on resources that:

* Do not comply with applicable laws.

* Declare inequality of people by gender, race, nationality, religion, social status and wealth.

* Have offensive and (or) pornographic content.

* Are online casinos, domain parkings, file hosting services, doorways resources offering payments for viewing and (or) clicks on banners or other types of advertising, pay-per-view, letters, etc., and other similar types of earnings in the Internet, sites with adult content.

* Have content misleading users.

* Upload viruses, trojans or other malicious programs to users’ computers and mobile devices.

* Do not comply with [License to use Yandex Search Engine](https://yandex.ru/legal/termsofuse/?lang=en).

* Covering military, religious, political or other pressing social issues.

* Are resources of foreign agents.
