Where to start

Register in your account

  1. Log in to Yandex Passport — enter the login and password sent to you when registering with us.
  2. Create a new password, add an answer to a secret question, or link a phone number to your Yandex Passport.
  3. Log in to your account and select the account in Yandex Passport you just set up.

Top up your account

To start using the service, you need to top up your account. The amount must be at least the minimum initial deposit amount indicated in the agreement or agreement offer.

  1. Click the Company profile tab.
  2. Enter the amount in the Create invoice field.
  3. Follow the prompts.

Add employees

Old interface
  1. In the Employees tab, click the + Employee button.
  2. Specify the employee's name, phone number and group. If you haven't created any groups yet, select Others. Complete the other fields as needed.
  3. Set the service classes and limits for the employee.
  4. Click Save.
New interface

In the new interface, there are only departments, not groups.

  1. In the Employees tab, click the + Employee button.

  2. Enter the employee's name, phone number and department. Complete the other fields as needed.

  3. Set the cost center and spending limits for the employee.

    • You can set limits and cost centers for multiple employees at the same time. To do this:
    1. Open any department or the general list in the Employees section.
    2. Check the boxes to select employees.
    3. Click the Change cost center and Change limit buttons to enter what you need.
    • You can also change current limits or create new limits in the Limits tab. Limits are created for each service: Taxi, Eats, Lavka, and Drive. Default limits are preset for each service (marked with an asterisk):
    • Taxi, Eats and Lavka — unlimited.
    • Drive — ₽10,000/month.

    Each service has its own specific limits. For example, you can set spending limits for Drive and Eats, and in Taxi there are also limits by amount, number of rides, time and addresses.

  4. Click Save.

Tell employees about the corporate account

Employees can request rides on their own without worrying about payment, receipts and change. All they need to do is install the Yandex Go app for iOS or Android and select the corporate payment method when requesting rides.
