Now you can request corporate rides and no longer need to pay for them yourself or submit receipts to the accounting department.

How to get started

To request corporate rides:

  1. Install the latest version of the Yandex Go app for iOS or Android.

  2. Confirm your phone number:

    1. Open the Yandex Go app and tap the menu button in the top left corner.

    2. Enter your phone number and we'll text you a confirmation code.

    3. Enter the code and tap Next (Done).

If corporate rides still aren't available for you, ask the secretary or administrator to add you to the employee list in the Yandex Go for Business account. You'll receive a text message notification confirming you were added.

How to request rides

  1. Open the Yandex Go app.

  2. Enter the pickup address.

  3. Enter the destination.

  4. Choose the service class.

  5. Select the Corporate payment method (or your company name).

  6. Select the cost center:

    • If the app shows a list of cost centers to choose from, you must select one to use corporate payment.

    • If the app doesn't show any cost centers, you can enter one yourself (optional).

  7. Make sure to indicate all major ride needs (for example, a child safety seat), and add instructions for the driver if needed.

    You can also enter any additional information, for example, you might write "Wait by the crosswalk" to help the driver find you faster.

    When you're indicating ride needs, note that certain services may cost extra.

  8. Click Request ride.

How to cancel order

Open the Yandex Go app and tap Cancel ride at the bottom of the screen.

You can also call the employee in your company responsible for corporate rides or the administrator to cancel your ride.

How to get ride reports

The service provides the following information for every ride:

  • Date and time ride was completed
  • Pickup and destination addresses (including on the map)
  • Service class and ride fare
  • Information on ride provider (driver and vehicle)

To get a report after every ride, enter your email in the Yandex Go app:

  1. Open the app and tap your phone number, then Add email.

  2. Open the app and on the left tap your profile icon → Email for reports.

  3. Enter your email and tap Done.
