Cargo

• Available for cargo transportation
• Max up to 1,400 kg In some cities up to 1,000 kg

Options

• Movers — when you need help loading and unloading. You can request 1 or 2 movers per order.

  • With 1 mover, the total weight of a single item can't exceed 30 kg, and the total dimensions (length, width, height) 200 cm.
  • With 2 movers, the limits are 60 kg and 300 cm respectively.

• Door to door — to send and receive deliveries without having to go outside to meet the courier. They'll pick up the items from the sender and deliver them right to any apartment or office door.

Express with time options

Express offers the fastest delivery. When demand is high and more people are ordering delivery than there are available couriers, you can deliver orders that just can't wait. Delivery prices here are higher.

This service class is used to deliver documents and small items weighing up to 30 kg that can fit in a car trunk. The total length, width and height of the item can't exceed 158 cm. The item can't be larger than a suitcase and must fit in the trunk of a car.

• Door to door — to send and receive deliveries without having to go outside to meet the courier. They'll pick up the items from the sender and deliver them right to any apartment or office door.

• Only driver couriers

Bike courier

The Bike Courier service class is an alternative to Express orders for small parcels and short distances. Only available in the mobile app.

Service class information:

— Item dimensions: up to 40×40×25 cm
— Weight: up to 10 kg
— Distance: up to 5.5 km

The courier may decline the order if it exceeds the maximum limits or contains prohibited items.

Service class valid in the following cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg.

Pickup point

The Pickup Point service class is available in your Yandex Go for Business account.

You can use it to send and receive items through pickup points: from one address to another in your city or between cities throughout Russia.

You can request delivery on the main page: first select Delivery → Across Russia. You'll be sent to the order form with the Pickup Point option selected.

Benefits

• It's cheaper to deliver through pickup points
• City-to-city delivery is available.

How to place pickup point orders in your account

1. Pack the order.
2. In the side menu of your account, click the Delivery icon.
3. In the form that opens, choose Pickup point.
4. Fill in the delivery information.
5. Print the barcode. You can do this on regular paper and tape it to the parcel. You can print the barcode later in the Order list section. Simultaneous printing of multiple barcodes is also available.
6. Bring the item to the pickup point.
7. The recipient will receive a text message with a delivery tracking link. They'll be able to pick up the item at the pickup point specified in the form.

You can leave feedback about the service with your personal manager or in the support chat in your account.

You can check order status in your account in the Order list section.

Prohibited cargo

It's prohibited to transport alcoholic beverages, toxic and flammable substances, animals and biological material.
