Employees and access
The Employees section is where you can manage company employee access to corporate purchases. Only employees you add to the list in this tab can use corporate services independently.

How to add employees
Old interface
- In the Employees tab, click the + Employee button.
- Specify their name, phone number and group. If you haven't created any groups yet, select Others. Complete the other fields as needed.
- Set the available service classes and budget.
- Click Save.
New interface

In the Employees tab, click the + Employee button.

Enter their name, phone number and department.

Set the employee's budget limits and cost center.
- You can set limits and cost centers for multiple employees at the same time. To do this:
- Open any department or the general list in the Employees section.
- Check the boxes to select employees.
- Click the Change cost center and Change limit buttons to enter what you need.
- You can also change current limits or create new limits in the Limits tab. Limits are created for each service: Taxi, Eats, Lavka, and Drive. Default limits are preset for each service (marked with an asterisk):
- Taxi, Eats and Lavka — unlimited.
- Drive — ₽10,000/month.
Each service has its own specific limits. For example, you can set spending limits for Drive and Eats, and in Taxi there are also limits by amount, number of rides, time and addresses.

Click Save.
We'll text the user a notification that they were added to the service, and they'll have access to the Corporate (or your company name) payment method.
To teach employees to use this payment method, send them these instructions.
How to disable or delete employees
You can disconnect or delete an employee in your account. If you disconnect an employee, they'll still be displayed in the account.
To disable an employee, find them in the Employees section and move their slider to inactive.
To delete an employee:
Old interface
Click in the Employees section followed by Delete.
New interface
- In the Employees section, find the employee by phone number: .
- Click the phone number.
- In the side menu of the employee's profile, click the trash icon and confirm the "Delete employees?" message by clicking the Delete button.
How to restore employees
Old interface
- Find them in the Employees section with a Search by phone number.
- Hover your cursor over the employee and the Restore button will appear. Click it and in the new window click Restore again.
New interface

Find them in the Employees section with a Search by phone number.

Hover your cursor over the employee and click the Restore button that pops up. After that, a side menu will open with the employee's profile — click Restore again.
How to edit employee information
Old interface
When you add a new employee to your account, a profile is created for them with the following information:
- Name and contact information
- ID — unique identifier
- Employee group
- Expense statistics
In the ID field, enter the name of the employee's department. This helps large companies account for expenses at the end of the month.
Employee profiles show the history of rides and orders, including details on all of them.
To edit employee profiles:

In the Employees section, hover over the row and click
.
Other method
In the Employees section, click the line you need, then the Edit button.

Make the changes and click Save.
New interface
- In the Employees section, find the employee by phone number: .
- Click the phone number.
- In the side menu of the employee profile, edit the fields.
- Click Save.
How to add departments
Old interface
- In the Employees tab, click + Department.
- Enter the department name.
- If one department is subordinate to another, enter the name of the main department in the Location field.
- Click Save.
New interface

Open the Employees tab.

In the menu on the left, click + (next to Employees).

Select Add department.

Fill in the fields:

Department name.

Limit (budget for the group if needed).

Issue a role (use to add an employee who can manage the department).

How to assign roles
Departments must be created before adding roles. Each role requires a linked Yandex login.
- Go to Company profile.
- Select Roles and click +Assign role.
- Enter the employee's information.
- Select the required role and click save.
For a department manager or secretary to log in to their account, they need to log in with the Yandex ID used when creating the role and follow the link to the site.
Set cost centers for corporate rides
When editing the employee's profile
In the Services tab:

Select how the employee will specify their cost center in the app:
- Freely (no list)
- From the list (you can add a list of cost centers the employee sees in the app when requesting a ride)
- From the list or freely (no list)

You can make it mandatory for employees to specify a cost center for rides with corporate payment. Just check the box next to Cost Center Required for Rides.

You can also set a "Default cost center" that will be used every time if the employee doesn't change it.
When editing a group (old interface)
In the Cost centers tab:

Select how the employee will specify their cost center in the app:

Add a cost center list if needed.
The cost centers in this tab will be used for all employees in the group.
To enable this function for your employees, make sure they're using the latest version of Yandex Go.
Actions with groups (old interface)
Create new group
Groups are made for employees with the same service terms. All groups are shown in the Employees tab.
Your corporate account has two groups by default that can't be edited or deleted:
- No independent requesting rights — employees who can't request rides and order on their own; you have to make all requests for them in your account.
- Others — employees who can request rides and order independently in the app or by calling the call center.
To add a new group:

Click the + Group button.

Enter the department name.

Select service classes and budgets for activated services, as well as any additional specifications that will apply to every employee in the group.
Information on service classes can be found in the Company profile.

Click Save.
Add employees to a group or move employees to another group
Add a new employee to a group
1. Hover your cursor over the group name and click the + Employee button.
1. Enter the employee's name and phone number.
1. Complete the other fields as needed (ID and cost center).
1. Click Save.
Move an employee to another group
1. Go to the Edit employee window.
1. Open the list of available groups and select one.
1. Make the changes and click Save.
Edit or delete group
The "Misc." and "No independent requesting rights" groups can't be deleted.
In the Employees section, hover your cursor over the name of a group and click Edit. Now you can delete the group or edit its information.
When you delete a group, all employees from it are moved to "Misc."
