Same-day delivery
If you don't see the Same-day delivery tab, but you're interested in deliveries, please contact your manager.
In the Same-day delivery section, you can request deliveries with additional options:
- Enter the recipient's full address, including door phone number
- Enter the email to receive the electronic acceptance certificate
- Enter the item return address (if not the same as the pickup address)
- Set payment upon receipt (integration with Yandex Kassa required)

How to create a delivery request

Click Order delivery.

Enter the sender's information: address, phone number, email for receiving electric acceptance certificates, and instructions.
You can create delivery order instruction templates in the Company profile section. They'll be stored as a list you can choose from when creating delivery orders.

Enter the recipient's information

The return address and contact information in the event of unforeseen circumstances are the sender's by default. You can edit them if necessary.

Autoselect chooses the vehicle size required based on the size of your items. Disabled by default.

In the name, enter exactly what you're sending with the driver and how much.

Click Create order.
Orders can be repeated. To do this, go to Past orders, hover your cursor over the order and click .
You can search for orders by recipient order number or phone number. Orders can be sorted by status.
How to upload addresses and orders from Excel files
In the Same-day delivery section, you can upload Excel files with all the delivery addresses and order information. Our system will automatically select the contractor type for each order: on-foot courier, passenger car or cargo vehicle. It will also create the optimal route to deliver all orders and minimize the total cost.
Download the Excel file template. Complete it manually or configure a download from your store's admin panel.
How to cancel order
- In the Same-day delivery section, open the Current orders.
- Hover your cursor over the order you want and click the Cancel button.
- Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window. The order will now appear in the Past orders section with the canceled status.
Electronic acceptance certificate
After creating a delivery order, an acceptance certificate will be emailed to the sender and made available in the Same-day delivery section of your account.
Acceptance and transfer stages:
- The sender must provide the text message code to the courier after handing over the parcel.
- To close the order in the app, the courier needs to enter the text message code sent to the recipient.
- If the item needs to be returned, the courier will tap the button in the app and bring the item to the return address. The recipient tells them the code from the text message.
