Company Profile

In the Company profile section, you can:

  • Change profile settings
  • View service class information
  • Add areas (to specify them for a group in the Employees section if you have the area limit option enabled)

In the settings, you can:

  • Set a default service class

  • Change the email for reports or change the contact person for financial issues (accountant, administrator, recipient of trip reports)

  • Enter instructions for drivers (general for all rides)

  • View customer ID.

  • Get an API token

  • Pay for services or receive closing documents (click Financial documents)

  • Enable balance alerts

  • Create invoices

You can also create an invoice by clicking Balance in your account. You'll see a pop-up where you can enter the amount you want to deposit.
