How to order

Now Delivery is available for your business. For example, you can order delivery to customers who purchased items in your store. Deliveries can be handled by couriers on foot, or in passenger cars or cargo vans. You can have pretty much anything delivered. A courier will come pick up your items by foot or car within 5-10 minutes and deliver them to the recipient.

You can order delivery:

• In the app or the Request ride section by selecting the Express, Courier or Cargo service class. You can check if the service class you need is available in the region in the Service classes tab. Reports on these orders are stored in the Reports section of your account.
• In the Same-day delivery section of the Dashboard if advanced delivery options are available. Order reports can also be found in this section.
