Note. These statements have been available electronically since September 2021. All users have access to this option.
You can order documents signed by us by email. All you have to do is:
- Go to.
- Enter the email address where you want to receive the statement.
You can always download previously requested documents in your account, so please don't send duplicate requests.
Order documents
Balance shows your full payment history with Yango. Statements and invoices confirm that services were rendered.
- Go to the Statements page.
- Click the
button and select the reporting period in the Date from and through fields.
- Enter the payer in the Payer field.
- Enter the statement or invoice number in the required fields.
- Select the agreement type, service name and payment type.
- Enter the number of strings you want on one page.
- Tap the Show button.
- In the Order document originals form, select the original you want to receive.
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. The documents will be sent to the payer's postal address.
The numbers, amounts and dates of original paper statements match the numbers, amounts and dates of electronic copies. To compile accounting reports on time, use the information from electronic statement copies.
Change payer address
- Click the “here” link in the “Order document originals” form.
- Change the address on the Edit payer information page.
- Click the Save changes button.
