Getting started

Register in your account

  1. Log in with Yango ID — enter the login and password sent to you when registering with us.
  2. Create a new password, add an answer to a secret question, or link a phone number to your Yango ID.
  3. Log in to your account and select the Yango ID account you just set up.

Deposit funds

To start using corporate Yango services, you need to make a deposit to your account. The amount must be at least the minimum initial deposit amount indicated in the agreement or agreement offer.

  1. Click the Company profile tab.
  2. Enter the amount in the Create invoice field.
  3. Follow the hints.

Add employees

  1. In the Employees tab, click the + Employee button.

  2. Enter the employee's name, phone number and department. Complete the other fields as needed.

  3. Set the cost center and budget for the employee.

    • You can set limits and cost centers for multiple employees at the same time. All you have to do is:

      1. Open any department or the general list in the Employees section.
      2. Check the boxes to select employees.
      3. Click the Change cost center and Change limit buttons to enter what you need.
    • You can also change current limits or create new limits in the Limits tab.

  4. Click Save.

Tell employees about the corporate account

Employees can request rides on their own without worrying about payment, receipts and change. All they need to do is install the app for iOS or Android and select the corporate payment method when requesting rides.
