Your company is now partners with Yango. Now you can use our service for work-related rides too. You no longer have to pay for rides on your own and give accounting your receipts/reports!

How to get started
To request corporate rides:
- Install the latest version of the Yango app for iOS or Android.
- Confirm your phone number:
- Open the Yango app and tap the menu button in the top left corner.
- Enter your phone number and we'll text you a confirmation code.
- Enter the code and tap Next (Done).
If corporate rides still haven't been enabled for you, ask the secretary or administrator to add you to the employee list in the corporate account. You'll receive a text message notification confirming you were added.
How to request a ride

Open the Yango app.

Enter the pickup address.

Enter the destination.

Select the service class and Corporate payment type (or your company name).

Select the cost center:
- If the app shows you cost centers to choose from, you must select one to charge the ride to your corporate account.
- If the app doesn't show you any cost centers, you can enter one yourself (not required).

Make sure to indicate all major ride needs (for example, a child safety seat), and enter instructions if necessary.
Please note that some options are paid separately.

Tap Request ride.
How to cancel a ride request
Open the Yango app and tap Cancel ride at the bottom of the screen.
You can also call the employee in your company responsible for corporate travel or the administrator to cancel your ride.
How to get ride reports
Enter your email in the app:
- Open the app and tap your phone number, then Add email.
- Enter your email and tap Add.
Ride reports include:
- Ride date and time
- Pickup and destination addresses
- Service class and final ride price
- Driver and vehicle information
